Thank you for being part of our work. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with headquarters in Marble, Colorado, and active projects in both Colorado and Hawaii. These terms are written to be fair, clear, and respectful—just like the way we treat everyone who joins us.
By using our website, you agree to the following:
Your use of the site. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. All text, photographs, logos, and other materials are owned or licensed by the Foundation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
Donations and purchases. Donations and event registrations are processed securely through Give WP or Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. All contributions are final, except in cases of processing error. If an error occurs, please contact us within 7 days for correction.
Accuracy of information. You agree to provide accurate information when donating, registering, or contacting us.
Third-party links. Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties; limitation of liability. The website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you donated in the past 12 months (or $50, whichever is greater).
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes means you accept them.
